Our on-site laboratory is equipped to test flame spread / LOI, surface resistivity (anti-static), hydrostatic pressure, oil repellency rating, tensile & tear strength, shrinkage, and color fastness.

Every batch is inspected and accompanied by an in-house test report; critical items are verified by third-party labs (SGS, UL, TÜV, etc.).

3  Sampling & Pre-Production Confirmation

Provide rapid sampling—from A4 swatches to full-width yardage and garment trial samples—with Pantone color matching and performance verification to accelerate your product development cycle.

4 Bulk Production & Final Inspection

Multi-stage quality control throughout production: incoming material check → in-process inspection → finished goods full inspection → random audit before shipment, with test data provided for every lot.

5 Certification Support & Technical Consultancy

Assist with certification documentation (CE, UL, NFPA 2112, EN ISO 11612, etc.) for target export markets and offer technical consultation on fabric selection and application.
